Parker: History and Allure

Founded in 1888 by George Safford Parker, Parker has played a significant role in advancing the writing instrument industry. In 1894, they invented the innovative ink supply system called the "Lucky Curve" and obtained a patent. During the historic moments of World War II, General Eisenhower and General MacArthur used Parker pens to sign surrender documents. Embracing such moments, Parker grew into a premier brand known as the "World's Most Loved Pen."

Brand Features: Recognizable Arrow Clip!

The distinctive feature of Parker pens is the arrow-shaped clip. This design was adopted from the 1933 "Vacumatic" model, inspired by Kenneth Parker's passion for airplanes, the son of the founder. Different models may have subtly different designs, so pay attention when making a purchase.

Historical Evolution of Parker

Parker, a luxury pen brand from the United Kingdom, was granted a Royal Warrant in 1962. Later, the company relocated its headquarters to the UK and was acquired by Procter & Gamble's subsidiary, Gillette. Currently, it operates under the umbrella of Sanford.
